Summary
We provided general contracting services for the second phase of the University Town Center project, which is a 300-acre, mixed-use development site in Norman, Oklahoma.
The 134,000 square foot power mall consists of five single-story anchor buildings constructed using concrete foundation with CMU walls. The exterior of the buildings is a red hue brick veneer, chosen to blend with the University of Oklahoma campus Cherokee gothic theme.
This power mall hosts premiere retail sites for TJ Maxx, Office Depot, and Petco along with an array of shops, boutiques, and restaurants including Pei Wei. We were also involved in the tenant finish-out for TJ Maxx, Petco, Rackroom Shoes, Westies Shoes, and Alltel.
