Summary
The MarineMax Sales Center is a large showroom and sales office for boaters located in Monkey Island, Oklahoma. The showroom features boats from Azimute, Sea Ray, Galeon Yachts, Ocean Alexander, Aquila and many other major boat brands. This project involved building several sales offices and a boat showroom along with a concrete paved area for outdoor boat storage. It is a pre-engineered building consisting of two 1275 SF covered outdoor boat displays, 2115 SF of showroom and 1094 SF of office spaces and a conference room for employees to utilize. The materials used to build the exterior were a combination of metal siding, stone and EIFS. The MarineMax Sales Center will offer boats, marines services, repairs and customization for boaters who love to spend their summers out on the water.
