UCO Chiller Plant

Summary

Timberlake built the housing around a new chiller plant to provide air conditioning to their growing college campus.

The 10,000 square-foot building was built in conjunction with the chiller pipelines installation, performed by Johnson Controls. Both projects were active at the same time, involving detailed organization and teamwork. A chiller plant is an air conditioning system that services multiple buildings on large campuses. UCO had an existing plant, and built a second one to provide more servicing to the new buildings on campus.
