Summary

This new facility signifies a new phase in the long and storied history of Phi Gamma Delta at the University of Oklahoma. The design and construction remit for this brand-new fraternity house facility was to stay well-connected to its traditional roots whilst providing modern facilities and amenities for today’s college students.

The OU Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity House incorporates 29,000 square feet of space and can accommodate 72 students housed in a mixture of individual and suite-style rooms. The building includes a full-service kitchen that is located adjacent to the dining hall, and can seats 72 students.

The building has various other facilities and spaces including a heritage room, a library, an alumni meeting space, a chapter lounge for member gatherings, and an individual apartment for the House Mother.
