Summary
The remodel for Langston University's Student Success Center was focused around comprehensive renovations to the kitchen area, as well as renovations to other spaces in the building to make them suitable for food service operation as new retail outlets came online. We undertook a construction management role on this project.
The project involved a range of comprehensive upgrades to the building’s existing mechanical and electrical systems to ensure the kitchen could cope with an increased workload and was fully up to code.
This project also required that we coordinate the work undertaken on the modern food services operation, including new finishes and equipment coordination.
