Timberlake Construction was selected by the Ponca Tribe's Enterprise Gaming and Global Gaming Solutions to construct the state-of-the-art Fancy Dance Casino, situated just north of Perry, Oklahoma, in Noble County. This casino boasts a spacious 10,000 square feet in size, with approximately 6,600 square feet dedicated to an enticing gaming floor that hosts over 300 games for the enjoyment of guests. The facility also includes a bar and snack bar area, as well as a player's club. To support the casino's operations, various gaming support and back-of-house areas have been incorporated.
In addition to the casino itself, site development efforts encompassed the creation of 200 parking spaces, utility installations, and the implementation of drainage, retention, detention systems, and other site enhancements. This initiative aligns with the Ponca Tribe's vision to expand their 98-acre site in the future, aiming to attract more visitors to Perry, Oklahoma.
