After a successful collaboration on a previous remodel of their existing building, the owners of Bankers Bank turned to us when they decided to relocate to a more spacious venue. Our partnership led to a contract for renovating their new facility.
Bankers Bank expanded into an established two-story building spanning 39,000 square feet. This configuration enabled staff to exclusively occupy the upper floor, while maintaining relationships with tenants on the ground floor.
Throughout the renovation and construction process, our focus was on ensuring the continued operational efficiency and comfort of all building tenants. We were keenly aware of the need for a brief construction schedule. The modifications and enhancements undertaken on the building's second floor were meticulously designed to cater to the specific requirements of Bankers Bank, adapting the space to their unique needs.
