Summary
The AAA Call Center in Oklahoma City is a 147,000 square foot, regional operations for ACA Member Services Company (a provider of services for AAA clubs), and is the first build-to-suit that utilizes elements of Koll Development Company’s branded Intellicenter design.
We provided both construction management and general contracting services for this project, the result of which was a three-story tilt-up customer call center. This building is a high-performance speculative “green” office building with under-floor air distribution, raised access flooring, and large and efficient floor plates. The building was also constructed with a parking ratio of 5.5 spaces per 1,000 square feet.
The facility was designed for LEED-certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), which promotes buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and healthy places to live and work. The completed building now houses approximately 1,200 AAA employees.
